Each event page lists the FIS Group team members attending with a direct meeting booking mechanism for each. Click the “Book a meeting with [name] at the event” CTA on the event page to access the calendar booking link for that team member, or use the email contact to arrange directly. Booking is for an in-person meeting at the event venue rather than a remote call.

Industry event registration is handled by the event organiser rather than by FIS Group. Each event page surfaces the external event website link for registration. Use the “Register on the event website” CTA to book your ticket through the official event platform. The FIS Group meeting booking is separate from the event registration.

FIS Group hosted webinars (including the quarterly Future Food Trends series) use direct registration on the event page. The registration form is on the individual webinar page; once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with calendar invite and Zoom joining details. Registration is free.

Yes. All FIS Group hosted webinars are recorded and replays are available afterwards. Registered attendees receive the replay link automatically after the live webinar. Replays of past webinars are available through the Past Events and Replays section above; some replays are open access while others are email-gated.

Potentially. We accept selective speaking invitations where the event audience and topic align with FIS Group expertise. Contact the Events team directly with event details (date, location, audience, topic) and we will respond on availability and fit.

Yes, we occasionally co-host webinars with industry partners where the partnership adds genuine value for the audience. Our quarterly Future Food Trends webinar series with The Food People is the established example. Contact the Events team to discuss co-hosting opportunities.

The major UK food and drink trade events (IFE, HRC, Speciality and Fine Food Fair, Food Matters Live, Lunch, and others) are added to the diary as soon as our team confirms attendance, typically several months ahead. Webinars are added as soon as the date and topic are confirmed. Subscribe to event notifications above to be notified when new events are added.

Past events and webinar replays are listed in the Past Events and Replays section above. Replays where available carry a “Watch the replay” CTA. Some past events also have recap articles written by the FIS Group team (similar to Sophie Blott’s IFE and HRC 2026 commentary); these are linked through the Blogs and Articles section.
