Trends and Foresight is one part of what we publish. Here is the rest.
The regular publishing stream. Industry commentary, opinion pieces, sector analysis and trend signals from the FIS Group team. Shorter and more reactive than the substantial publications in Trends and Foresight.
Multi-phase syndicated research programmes including the Appetite Shift programme. With a route through to our Syndicate Studies service for ongoing subscription access to the deeper research behind the published outputs.
Where to find us next, the team members you can meet at each event, and replays of webinars we have hosted including the Future Food Trends quarterly webinar series.
The six challenges in our service architecture
Most of them, yes. The majority of our trend foresight and white papers are free to download in exchange for an email address. Some deeper proprietary research is available through our Syndicate Studies service as a subscription. The access level is clearly marked on every publication card.
Trends and Foresight is the substantial publication library: research-led, more authoritative, less frequent. Publications are typically 15 to 50 pages and include the Future Food Trend Tracker, the HFSS Legislation Compliance white paper and other deep-dive sector publications. Blogs and Articles is the regular publishing stream: shorter, more reactive, opinion-led, more frequent (typically 800 to 1,500 words). If you want substantial published thinking you can forward to your team or board, Trends and Foresight is where to look. If you want regular industry commentary on what is happening now, Blogs and Articles is the right section.
The same senior team that runs client projects. Every publication is written by named FIS Group specialists with direct experience in the topic they are covering. Author details and bios are on every publication landing page.
When the research warrants it. The Future Food Trend Tracker is quarterly. White papers and strategic guides are published as the underlying research is complete, typically four to six per year. Sector and category reports appear less regularly, when the underlying work justifies a substantial publication. We aim for useful frequency rather than content volume.

Yes. A lot of our published publications started as questions we kept hearing across multiple client briefs. If you want bespoke research on a related topic, or a deeper version tailored to your specific category, get in touch. The Browse by Challenge section above surfaces the right service routing depending on the commercial question the publication has raised.
